Senior Care Legal Advocacy

At Advocates for Seniors, LC we do not provide legal advice. We provide paralegal support.

As legal advocates with many years of experience working with attorneys and our clients, Advocates for Seniors, LC can help you find the right legal counsel for your estate planning needs.

As your senior care legal advocate, we ask questions like:

  • Do you have a spouse?
  • Do you have children?
  • How do you want to provide for them?
  • You may not have someone you trust to act on your behalf when you are ill or incapacitated. You need an advocate.
  • How can you find an estate planning attorney?
Advocates for Seniors, LC is here to help you answer those questions. It all starts with strong legal documents for your estate planning.

Our Approach

Armed with a focused approach, we can help you find the right legal advisor for your situation. We will undertake a streamlined search for the right attorney for you and your family, guided by our experience and contacts in law firms. We will give you names of several attorneys to interview on your own, and you can choose the attorney you feel most comfortable with.

Once you have chosen an attorney, we would be glad to serve as trustee, personal representative, executor, or attorney-in-fact (POA) if you need someone to act on your behalf. This is our specialty.

Our Mission is to help seniors preserve their legal rights, assets, and dignity in aging through high-quality legal assistance, compassionate health care advocacy, and experienced tax return and bill-pay assistance.
